The Giants defeat the Packers
Aaron Rodgers surely was the main attraction for the fans attending the game in London. But both Rodgers and his fan base east of the Atlantic were left in rue as the Giants managed a surprise win over the Packers.
Green Bay started the game as the favorite but was stunned by a 27-22 defeat. Rodgers’ team started off the game well and dominated the first two quarters. But the Giants made a comeback and nearly shut out the Cheese Heads in the second half of the game.

Rodgers himself had a decent game with a total of 222 passing yards. He also completed 25 of 39 attempted passes, with not a single pass of his being intercepted. He notched up 2 touchdown passes as well.
The QB’s performance was not enough for the Packers to win the game. That being said, it would surely have pleased his fans. They would surely hope for his return to England in the future, only this time also return with a victory under his belt.
