Players can create a soccer club dynasty in Football Manager 2024 Touch. The newest version of the team management simulation game from Sega & Sports Interactive challenges players to be the boss of one of the world’s best clubs.
It launched Monday on Apple Arcade, where its playable on a range of devices, including iPhone and Mac.

Some sports games like NBA 2K24 Arcade Edition offer the choice of being a manager or a player. As the name indicates, the new soccer title from Sega is focused on running the team.
Many football fans secretly believe they would do a better job managing their favorite club than the current one. Football Manager 2024 Touch is a chance to prove it.
It’s up to gamers to choose the strategy your team will use. And make decisions during matches that determine whether matches are won or lost.
And that’s only part of the fun. Recruit new players and even train young prospects to build your dream team. And don’t forget to level up current players.
New features for game fans
The just-released version is a follow up to Football Manager 2023 Touch, and players can import their career from the previous game. There are new features for working with players and team owners.
“Define the sort of boss you want to be with new Manager Principles,” said Sports Interactive. “Experience the immersion of a dressing room with a better understanding of player personalities and how they respond to your managerial approach.” Plus there’s a new system for making requests to team owners.
And the app looks better. The developer promises that “significant enhancements to player movement, ball physics and lighting level up the drama of matchday, creating the most immersive and best-looking match engine to date.”
A new skin designed for iPhone screen makes Football Manager 2024 Touch easier to play on smaller screens.

Football Manager 2024 Touch is now in the Apple Arcade section of the App Store. There are versions for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
A version of the 2023 edition for Apple devices is available at a one-time fee for those not in Apple’s gaming service. However, at this time, the only option for iPhone, etc. to play the 2024 one is to join Arcade.
A subscription is $6.99 per month, but that same fee brings access to over 200 more games, with more added almost every week. And one subscription works for up to six family members. Plus, there are never hidden costs in the games, as in-app purchases are forbidden.
