Developers of a luxury rental community in Arlington’s entertainment district are ready to market the project to potential tenants.
The One Rangers Way apartments are being built south of Interstate 30 and adjacent to Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium. The 299-unit rental community, a project of the Texas Rangers and developer Cordish Cos., won’t open until late next year.

But a marketing push is already starting for the next phase of the more than $1 billion Texas Live! entertainment complex.

The development also includes the Live! by Loews Hotel, new Arlington Hotel & Convention Center, the National Medal of Honor Museum and Spark Coworking. The project is within walking distance of AT&T Stadium, the Dallas Cowboys’ home turf.

“One Rangers Way will bring an upscale residential component to an area that is already widely known as one of the fastest growing sports and entertainment destinations in the country,” Rob Matwick, executive vice president of business operations for the Texas Rangers, said in a statement.
The 8-story residential building will include more than 43,000 square feet of services and amenities including an outdoor amenity deck with pool and green spaces, event and entertainment space, fitness facilities, coworking spaces, game lounge business center and conference room.
Residential units will range in size from less than 450 square feet to almost 1,500 square feet. Rents will start at more than $1,400 a month for the smallest unit.

The apartments will have access to linear parks and almost three miles of paved paths throughout the entertainment district.

“This space marries a luxury living experience with the excitement and energy of the entertainment district, giving our residents the unique opportunity to be able to walk to Rangers and Cowboys games,” Marnie Sauls, executive director of residential management for Cordish Cos., said in a statement.
In 2018, Cordish Cos. and the Rangers opened the Texas Live! Entertainment center in Arlington and have continued to develop the project.
The $550 million, 888-room Arlington Hotel and Convention Center opens early next year.
