That’s exactly what 61-year-old Steven Tol is offering to the lucky buyer who’s ready to embark on the transformation of a lifetime.
Mr. Tol, a resident of Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast, has decided to sell his job, home, cars, and possessions as one package deal, priced at a cool $1.5 million.
Mr. Tol says his listing is his golden ticket to living the dream and traveling the world.

“They literally just step into my shoes and the name changes,” Tol told 9News.
“I just thought if you buy it as a package as in ‘buy my life’ it makes life very easy for someone just to walk straight in and very easy for me to walk out.”
The buyer will be the proud owner of a four-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot home, fully furnished with a $5,000 lounge suite, state-of-the-art entertainment system, and outdoor bar.

The home also has a state-of-the-art entertainment system and outdoor bar. 9News
But there are a few disclaimers
“My partner doesn‘t come with it. A lot of them want her, but they’re not having her, she’s mine,” Mr. Tol said.
Tol’s trucking business, which he built over the span of ten years, is also part of the deal.

Tol said his ideal buyer to purchase his “life’s exploits” would be a buyer with a family. 9News
He claims that it’s easy to operate, stress-free, and suitable for anyone with just half a day’s worth of training.
The buyer will also claim a fully equipped caravan, three cars, an array of workout gear, and a collection of musical instruments.
When asked about his ideal buyer, Tol said he’d prefer a family to purchase his life’s exploits.
“I‘d like to see someone that has maybe teenagers or young adults who can enjoy everything in the house,” he said.
