ICC T20 World Cup 2022: Chetan Sakariya, Kuldeep Sen, And Mukesh Choudhary Will Travel To Perth With The Indian T20 World Cup Squad

Three additional pacers will join Umran Malik as backup cum net bowlers during India’s pre-T20 World Cup training camp in Australia now that Mohammed Siraj has been chosen for the ODI team.
On October 6, along with Umran, Kuldeep Sen, Chetan Sakariya, and Mukesh Choudhary, a left-arm pace team, will also fly to Perth.
India’s performances in the last T20 World Cup 2021, which was held in the United Arab Emirates, were not the best. When Virat Kohli was captain, the Men in Blue team lost in the league round. India suffered their first 10-wicket loss in T20Is against Pakistan in a World Cup loss, while New Zealand overcame them to eliminate them from contention for the semifinals.
This time, a lot has changed. Virat Kohli has regained his form, Rohit Sharma is the team’s captain, and Rahul Dravid is the team’s head coach. Hardik Pandya is also back as a complete all-rounder, and his bowling skills are at their best.
On October 23, Pakistan and India will square off in the opening game of the T20 World Cup 2022 at Melbourne Cricket Ground. With countries like Pakistan, South Africa, and Bangladesh in its pool, India is a part of tournament group 2.
Chetan Sakariya is currently competing in the Irani Cup:
In addition to Umran, Sportstar reports that speedy Kuldeep Sen and the left-arm pace pair of Chetan Sakariya and Mukesh Choudhary will depart for Perth on October 6. While Umran, Sen, and Chetan Sakariya are now competing in the Irani Cup, Choudhary is training in Pune.
After the conclusion of the ODI series against South Africa, Siraj and Shreyas Iyer are likely to join the team in Brisbane.
While Chetan Sakariya and Choudhary traveled to Australia for over a month as part of the MRF Pace Academy’s exposure program, Umran and Kuldeep have consistently reached speeds of 150 kmph in the Indian Premier League.
There are several fitness difficulties with India’s pace unit. Due to a back injury brought on by stress, Jasprit Bumrah is probably out of the World Cup. Standing by candidates Mohammed Shami and Deepak Chahar have recently recovered from COVID-19 and a protracted hamstring injury.
