OXNARD, Calif. — Fox Sports personality and former Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy has an apparent on-air schtick when it comes to Dak Prescott. He is highly, highly critical of the Cowboys quarterback. The negativity is predictable. The analysis itself is often unsupported.
It is what he does.

McCoy, who ripped Prescott for the Cowboys’ practice-field trash talk, attended the start of Tuesday’s practice but departed early to record his show in Los Angeles. Too bad he left. Trevon Diggs gave him some material.

Diggs made two sensational plays on the football to intercept Prescott twice in about a 10-minute span. On the first, he converted from cornerback to wide receiver, leapt over CeeDee Lamb for the high-point catch, and threw the football into the air in celebration. On the second, Diggs did a Deion Sanders trot after plucking a deep ball before Simi Fehoko could.

Diggs played each pass better than Prescott’s receiver did.
Lamb coasted and did not fight for the ball, instead watching his teammate vault and land inbounds. Fehoko recognized and adjusted late to a pass behind him.

Toward practice’s conclusion, linebacker Leighton Vander Esch added a third pick off Prescott.
