Supermodel Kendall Jenner has made a notable place for herself in the modeling industry. At a young age, she made her debut at no.16 in Forbes magazine’s 2015 list of top-earning models. Apart from her expertise as a model, Kendall takes a great interest in equestrian sports. In fact, in her childhood, she once begged her parents to fulfill her equestrian dream.
During an interview with The Cut in 2019, Jenner talked about her fondness for horses and how she grew up being a horse girl at heart.

Growing up, Kendall Jenner was hell-bent on getting a horse. When she was 10 years old, she got her first pony. Kendall would ride with a woman who had expertise in horse riding. In an interview with The Cut, she expressed how during her childhood, she was a horse girl. She stated, “I grew up riding horses. So for my whole entire life, I would beg my parents to please get me a pony. I wasn’t just some little girl who was like: ‘I need a pony for no reason.’ It was my life. I ate, breathed, and slept horses. And I wanted one so bad.”

However, eventually, when she was 14, Kendall began pursuing her modeling career. Amidst that, she had to leave behind horse riding, which she later realized was the worst decision of her life. As a 25-year-old successful model, Jenner currently has two horses, Belle and Dylan, for whom she is planning to move to a ranch from her lavish house in Beverly Hills.
On many occasions in her famous show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ and her Instagram handle, Kendall Jenner has expressed her love for horses. In fact, the producer of her show teased her last year that she would end up with horses and she was extremely happy to hear it!
Kendall Jenner is not the only model who is fond of horse riding. Her dear friend and successful model, Bella Hadid, is also an equestrian at heart.

Bella Hadid developed a deep connection with equestrianism when she began walking. In fact, her family lived on a horse ranch for ten years in Beverly Hills. Since her mother was a hardcore equestrian enthusiast, she got to explore her passion for the sport from the age of three.

Unfortunately, Hadid had to give up on her equestrian Olympic dream after getting diagnosed with Lyme disease, a tick-borne illness, before 2016. However, she continues to follow her passion by practicing it whenever she gets time.
