Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are one of the most celebrated couples in India. Recently, they made an appearance at the Indian Sports Honours event, walking hand in hand on the red carpet. Following the event, the couple took part in some fun games and opened up about their relationship, including their 3 am friend.
In a conversation with Star Sports, Virat and Anushka were asked who they would consider their 3 am friend, and they both pointed at each other. Anushka explained that if either of them is awake at 3 am, they would call each other, but they prefer to go to bed early and have no interest in staying up late. She revealed that they usually sleep by 9:30 pm, much to the surprise of many fans.
The couple was also asked who would take over the dance floor, and Anushka immediately pointed at Virat. She revealed that he loves singing and dancing, and would often steal the show at parties. Virat tried to protest initially but later admitted that he used to rule the dance floor after having a few drinks. He reminisced about his old days and even performed the hook step of ‘Naatu Naatu’ from RRR on the Indian Sports Honours red carpet.
During the interview, Anushka further talked about Virat’s sharp memory, while she often forgets important dates. She mentioned how Virat takes note of all her appointments, and his memory was one of the things that impressed her before they started dating. The couple’s playful banter and affectionate gestures towards each other made their fans go ‘aww.’
Virat and Anushka have been giving their fans couple goals since they tied the knot in 2017. They have been open about their love and support for each other, whether it is on social media or during public events. They have always been there for each other, and their love and commitment are evident in the way they interact with each other.
On the work front, Virat will next be seen representing Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), while his actress wife Anushka will return to the big screen with Chakda ‘Xpress. This movie is based on the life of veteran Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
