The NBA has welcomed people from around the world and hence made itself familiar with different cultures. Meanwhile, one NBA star once decided to speak out against his country’s administration and is now facing the wrath of its government. LeBron James and some of his actions were called out by the said NBA star as well. Now while strict government actions loom over the former star’s head, fans are out trolling James considering the situation.
The Turkish government has recently declared a $500k bounty over the head of former Boston Celtics player Enes Kanter Freedom, according to recent reports. Meanwhile, fans still ended up trolling LeBron James in the wake of the grave situation.

The Twitterverse is ironically very cruel and they’ve yet again managed to flip a pretty serious situation around for laughs. According to a recent report from the New York Post, the Turkish Government has named Enes Kanter Freedom as a terrorist, additionally placing a $500,000 bounty on the former New York Knicks star.
As it is naturally a very grave and sombre situation, the Twitterverse made sense of it through humor. Considering Kanter Freedom and James’ beef over the years, fans decided to troll James over the situation.

The Turkish government’s unhappiness with the former Knicks star was because of his public criticism of the government and its leaders. These decisions, according to him cost his place in the league. In fact, at the age of 30, no NBA team has offered him a contract. Kanter Freedom’s statement has always been that he’s been pushed out of the league because of his stance on sensitive issues.
