Not every thought needs to go on X.
Especially when it can draw the ire of the Swifties.
Sports Illustrated reporter Albert Breer learned that lesson the hard way Sunday after commenting on Taylor Swift’s appearance at the Chiefs game.
Regarding a spectator next to Swift in an Arrowhead Stadium suite, Breer posted on X: “Is that Dennis Rodman sitting next to Taylor Swift?”
Narrator: It was not.
And the rationing of Breer began.
Breer’s tweet had more than 1,300 responses and 1,110 retweets/quote tweets as of Monday morning – and most of them slammed the NFL reporter for his awful message, even if it was a poor attempt at a joke.
“Ah yeah, good catch. I think that also might be Leonardo DiCaprio over her right shoulder too,” Barstool’s Jeff Lowe posted sarcastically.

Some were amazed that Breer had not yet deleted the tweet.
Others accused Breer of racism.
“What the actual,” posted Shukri Wright, a podcaster on the Bleav Network.
“Not every black person looks alike for goodness sakes.”

Swift was frequently captured on camera as she watched rumored beau Travis Kelce and his Chiefs thrash the Bears, 41- 10.
All those shots of the suite gave those sitting around Swift, including Kelce’s mother, Donna, plenty of attention.
The fan in question was sitting to Swift’s left and even chest-bumped the Grammy Award winner during the game after Kelce’s touchdown.
And, yes, he was wearing hats and shades like Rodman has done in his life.

But Rodman is listed as 6-foot-7 and is a rather distinctive human being.
Swift is listed at 5-foot-11, and the fan seemed to be about the same height as her.
There also does not appear to be any sort of connection between The Worm and T-Swift.
It remains to be seen if Swift will catch the Chiefs on the road next Sunday when they visit the Jets at MetLife Stadium for a primetime matchup.
The Chiefs are substantial 9.5-point road favorites at FanDuel.
