The coach mentioned that the nasal problem was the reason behind Du Plessis getting criticized for being gassed out during his fights. He hoped that the surgery should help him take on Adesanya with a full gas tank when it happens. Renowned sports doctor Brain Sutterer, however, has refuted the coach’s claims.
