Southern brand Chicken Salad Chick debuted its first metro location at Aspen Grove in September; the following month, we reported that Chicago chain Portillo’s is also eyeing Littleton for its Colorado debut But another out-of-state favorite may beat Portillo’s to the Colorado market.
