Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has expanded its reach into Asia with two new routes to Thailand. Last week, the airline launched services from Riyadh and Jeddah to Phuket, one of Southeast Asia’s most popular leisure cities and its second destination in Thailand.
New connections between the Middle East and Thailand
Saudia operates flights to more than 100 destinations, and last week, it added the Thai resort island of Phuket to its network with the commencement of seasonal flights to Phuket from Riyadh and Jeddah. Flights from both cities will operate three times weekly using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, offering seamless connectivity to Saudia’s extensive network of destinations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Saudia Fight SV852 is scheduled to depart Riyadh King Khalid International (RUH) at 11:25 and arrive in Phuket at 22:30, while the return flight SV851 departs Phuket International (HKT) at 15:20 and arrives in Riyadh at 19:25. The service from Jeddah King Abdulaziz International (JED) departs at 01:55 and lands at HKT at 13:45, departing at 23:45 and arriving in Jeddah at 04:45.
