The Mower County 4-H Shooting Sports and Wildlife group has been the recipient of a cash grant from MidwayUSA Foundation, which will assist the team with expenses that includes ammo, targets, competition entry fees, travel and more.
The MidwayUSA Foundation endowment takes some of the burden off families that have youth interested in shooting sports and this funding is available forever.
Every year the team is eligible to receive 5% of the endowment balance in the form of a cash grant. Those interested in supporting the local youth shooting team can make a tax-deductible donation to the team’s MidwayUSA Foundation endowment, which will be matched by MidwayUSA Foundation’s matching program. Every donation grows the annual cash grant.
The Foundation removes nothing for operating expenses, allowing 100% of a donation to benefit the team.
The Mower County 4-H Shooting Sports & Wildlife’s endowment page, can be found at www.midwayusafoundation.org/team-profile/?id=R9748 and with online donations being safe and secure, as MidwayUSA Foundation is a top-ranked charity.
