The items include Rockets-themed boarding passes, luggage tags, and airport signage, allowing passengers to celebrate the team and travel in style as it celebrates its 57th year in the league. Passengers using the EVA Air app don’t have to fear missing out, as the exclusive boarding passes have made their way on to the app as well.
EVA Air North America Head Office Executive Vice President Andrew Su had this to say about the move:
“We’ve had the pleasure of partnering with the Rockets for the past year and are very excited to unveil this new look for our Houston guests. It’s a special pleasure to welcome the team’s fans to Asia in Rockets’ style.”
EVA Air offers daily nonstop flights to Taipei Taoyuan International Airport(TPE) in Tapei, Taiwan. The red-eye Flight 51 departs IAH at 1 AM CDT and lands in TPE at 6 AM CST after 16 hours of flight time. The airline uses the Boeing 777-300ER widebody twinjet to service the 8,294-mile route.
