In Mission Impossible – Fallout (READ THE REVIEW), sixth chapter of the saga starring Tom Cruise, there is a scene that has gone viral in which Henry Cavill he seems to “recharge” his arms before a fight in the bathroom. Josh Horowitz podcast guest Happy Sad Confusedthe actor told the origin of this passage:
There was no such thing (in the script). it was a pretty intense fight scene. At that point we shot for about three weeks, which is a long time compared to things like The Witcher, where it turns in one day. After some time everything starts to get quite painful, because it’s a very repetitive motion, and tendons in my biceps were hardening, so I had to warm them up before punching. I was doing it literally to warm them up. Once I did it and I thought: “God, I probably looked really stupid, I can’t believe I did“. I said: “Yescuses McQ [Christopher McQuarrie, regista del film]I will not do it again“, And he said to me:”What to do? Ok, as you like, let’s do it again“. Then I took another take without doing it and he said to me: “Why didn’t you do … that thing? It was really good“. And I: “It was good?“. And he said: “Yes, absolutely do it“. And so we did.
