This freaky fetish is helping him make a fortune.
A man dubbed “The Belly King” is raking in thousands of dollars selling niche “male pregnancy” videos on OnlyFans.
Simon Henderson, who usually sports a shredded six pack, is able to morph his midsection so it looks like he is expecting a baby — and he’s garnered a group of fans who fetishize over the bump.
The British bank clerk, 48, started his OnlyFans account back in January after running into financial trouble, and has already netted around $4,400.
“Mpreg is the idea of a male being pregnant,” Henderson told Southwest News Service of the prurient interested in his belly. “I make lighthearted fun videos about being pregnant, moaning about it, talking about it and videos of me pretending to give birth.”
Other fans fawn over Henderson’s huge bump because they are into “vore” — a bizarre kink involving people being eaten.

“Vore is usually depicted in adult cartoons, and explores the possibility of eating people and keeping them in your belly and eventually digesting them,” Henderson further dished. “I can bring this idea to light in funny videos and my belly talent makes making these videos visual as opposed to imagined.”
Henderson has more than 80 regular fans who subscribe to his OnlyFans content every month. However, he admits he has trouble holding onto them as he avoids anything pornographic on his channel.
“Most of my fans are men, and it doesn’t bother me, as I still need to pay the bills back home. So I don’t feel like I’m compromising myself at all,” he said.

Henderson says he turned to OnlyFans in January after his marriage dissolved and he left the home he shared with his wife and kids.
“I’m living in rented accommodation, but I’m still paying half the mortgage,” the dad declared. “I found I was paying out more than I earned. I needed to generate an income.”
Henderson had already been making humorous videos about his belly on TikTok and YouTube, so decided to monetize his midsection by joining the subscription site.

“I only make about $110 a week on average, but it’s enough to keep me in the black as it tops up my money,” he optimistically stated. “With the bills going up and the cost of food, and the fact that as a bank clerk, which isn’t regarded as a well-paid job, I would have been crushed.”
Although his fan’s interests are unusual, Henderson says he’s become more open-minded since joining OnlyFans — and he has no plans to quit.
“Without OnlyFans, I was already paying out more than what was coming in so I would’ve gone under without it,” he stated, adding that the site has been a lifesaver.
