The USFL, owned and operated by Fox Sports, rebooted last year after three decades with eight teams. Each is a legacy of original USFL franchises.
The league last year played all of its games in Birmingham, AL. Will that be the case this year? The Detroit Free Press reported that the league has scheduled a special announcement at Ford Field – home of the NFL’s Detroit Lions – on Thursday.
