Countdown to the Maiden Voyage of the Adventure
Disney Cruise Line has officially started the countdown to its newest ship, the Disney Adventure, with an Instagram post teasing the vessel’s upcoming debut.
Set to embark on its maiden voyage on March 10, the Disney Adventure promises to bring immersive experiences to life with uniquely themed areas inspired by Disney, Pixar, and Marvel worlds seen on Disney+.
The post encourages fans to “stay tuned for exciting updates” as the ship’s arrival draws near.

To date, Disney Cruise Line has kept most of the ship’s interior details under wraps. While details are sparse, we know that the theming of the new ship will span much of the Disney portfolio, including areas themed to Marvel properties, Pixar films such as Toy Story and Finding Nemo, classic and modern Disney animation like The Little Mermaid and Big Hero Six, and much more. Other recurring DCL areas such as the it’s a small world nursery and Palo restaurant will also be featured.
As part of the festivities surrounding the ship’s maiden voyage, a new fireworks show will take to the skies above Singapore for a limited time in mid-March.
Disney Cruise Lines Singapore announced the nightly show, from March 13-15, hosted in collaboration with United Overseas Bank, Marina Bay Sands, and Singapore Tourism Board, will commemorate the initial voyage of the Disney Adventure.
With the ship’s maiden voyage just weeks away, Disney fans can expect a combination of cutting-edge ship design, family-friendly activities, and immersive storytelling that brings favorite Disney characters and stories to life on the open seas. The countdown is officially on, and excitement is building as the Disney Adventure prepares to make its grand entrance.
