This one has it all — from A to Zzzs.
Mexico City’s Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) has just been ranked the most sleep-friendly in all of North America, according to a study conducted by CPAP.com.
The ranking was based on a variety of factors, such as accessibility to massage chairs, lounges, benches without armrests, 24-hour food outlets and more.

The sprawling hub serving the trendy capital city offers travelers cooling their heels a whopping 19 all-night dining options, 14 lounges, access to shower facilities and six massage chair areas.
Four of the lounges welcome guests at all hours, allowing weary travelers to rest in exclusive surroundings.
MEX also offers comfortable private sleeping capsules with TVs, charging ports, dimmable blue relaxation light and dimmable white mirror light, memory foam pillow and memory foam mattress with hospital-grade disposable sheet and duvet cover and other amenities to help people on the go catch a few Zs.
Benito Juarez is the busiest airport in Mexico, welcoming millions of travelers every year.
Mexico City has become a hotspot in recent years thanks to alluring cultural attractions and a thriving food scene — local favorite Tacos El Califa de León recently became the first to earn a Michelin star.
After a filling and invigorating trip, it’s a good thing that MEX offers so many amenities to help travelers get comfy and cozy to allow them to doze off a bit as they wait to come or go.

After Benito Juárez International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport was listed as the second most sleep-friendly airport, boasting three 24-hour dining options, two massage chair areas, and 24 lounges.
New York City’s own John F. Kennedy International Airport was ranked third. The airport has the most lounges — 30 lounges across its five terminals — two 24-hour food options, five massage chair areas, a shower facility and a Minute Suites location, allowing for a private sleep session.

Just this summer, Delta launches its most luxurious lounge ever at JFK, with fine dining, massages and showers at the massive new “Sky Club.”
However, access isn’t granted to many.
Travelers can’t enter unless they are members of the invite-only “360” club, or if they buy tickets to the airline’s Delta One service — the premium cabin service that offers lie-flat seats and priority check-in for round-trip fares that can reach as high as $10,000.
At the other end of the list, Canada’s Fort Mackay/Firebag Aerodrome and Bethel Airport in Alaska were rated the most unfriendly to those sitting out delays, offering no amenities to get some extra rest while on the go. They don’t even offer free Wi-Fi.
