Condos for Lambos: Luxury garage firm to offer spaces bigger than houses

A new auto garage facility in Plano is ready to redefine what a home can be for Ferraris and Lamborghinis.
Maranello, a luxury auto garages company, is planning a development designed exclusively for sports car owners, according to a statement. The new facility, which breaks ground in the coming months, will offer “condos” that range from 1,000 square feet to 2,000 square feet on the first floor and includes a steel mezzanine and stairs with full utilities.

The new site is at the northeast corner of Ohio Drive and Maple Shade Lane. The facility covers 200,000 square feet and sits on more than 11 acres of land. It’s expected to be operational by the spring of 2026.
