Along similar lines, an up-and-coming NCAA athletic prodigy is making waves on the internet for her partnership with one of the major sports apparel brands out there.

Alia Armstrong, the Louisiana State University hurdler, posted an update on her Instagram on Wednesday about her association with the American fitness and clothing giant Reebok. She posted a reel of herself flaunting the brand’s shoes in a training video and penned down a caption that reads, “HEY BAES!! Let me put y’all on!!The @reebok Nano X4’s are IT, they make me feel lightweight on the track and stylish off the track thank you Reebok for these versatile shoes.” She looks absolutely ravishing in the video, and it might be just the beginning of one of many brand deals coming her way.

The 23-year-old National Collegiate Athletics Association athlete is a fifth-year senior at LSU and is already a onetime NCAA national champion, five-time USTFCCCA first-team All-American champion, five-time SEC champion, and so many more. In LSU’s “All-Time Top 10 Performance List,” the track and field phenom holds the top spot in the indoor 60-meter hurdles category with a 7.81 second finish, which she clocked during the 2022 Tyson Invitational, and she also finished in the top eight at the world championships. Well, Alia isn’t the sole beneficiary of Reebok’s support; the brand has a longstanding tradition of collaborating with athletes for years.
Reebok surely knows how to ace athlete signings
Reebok’s partnership with former NBA center Shaquille O’Neal is one of the foremost brand deals that sports fans have witnessed over the years. More so, Shaq had his own signature shoes with the brand, just like his basketball counterparts Michael Jordan and LeBron James. In October 2023, he was also assigned a new role as a part of Reebok’s basketball division in 2025.

Another athlete associated with the sporting goods giant is Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields, who signed a contract with the brand in September 2023. The same month, American boxing icon Shakur Stevenson was also signed by Reebok, and his fans were seen rallying behind the boxer and asking the brand to make customized shoes for him. Reebok surely excels in securing athlete deals across various domains, be it track and field or any other.
