FULL TOUR: Cask & Cannon Bar Inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean on the Disney Destiny

The Disney Destiny is home to Cask & Cannon, the first Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired bar on a Disney cruise ship. It is located on Deck 5.
Inspired by the classic Disney parks attraction Pirates of the Caribbean, this swashbuckling pub features plundered treasures, rum bottles, jail cell keys and more. The relaxed atmosphere invites you to catch up on the latest sports while unwinding over an extensive selection of spirits and brews—some served straight from the barrel in true pirate style.
Entrance
The entrance to Cask & Cannon welcomes you into the bar.
The weathered sign has the bar name along with a pirate’s sword. Netting surrounds the sign.
Interior
The bar is full of “acquired” (aka pillaged and plundered) furniture in various materials, colors, and designs. The flooring consists of both carpet and wood.
There are several different types of seating configurations, including booths, bar-height stools, and various types of chairs. The color scheme of the bar is sage green, burgundy, and wood tones.
Other gray and yellow chairs with Paisley designs surround barrel tables with steel tops.
Physical menus and lanterns sit on some of the tables.
One portion of the carpet features a large compass rose and tentacles.
The ceiling is designed to portray a map.
Pirates of the Caribbean logos and pirate ships can also be spotted up there.
Several pieces of artwork line the walls, including this display with candles, trays, and other props on shelves. Red and black drapes and netting complete the space.
Other displays feature screens framed in goldtone metal. Surrounding these screens, guests will find more props, like a chess set, swords, and framed artwork.
Fun fact: Est. 1706, seen in the photo above, refers to the hull number of the Destiny, which is 706.
Elsewhere, guests will find props and artwork hanging from the wall and tucked away in various spots. This bar is a “treasure cove” of Pirates of the Caribbean references.
What’s not covered in artwork and themed props is a simple wood plank wall. There are more goldtone metal frames on the walls surrounding doors. We do enjoy this “Dead Men Tell No Tales” banner, complete with cups and candles.
Guests will also see barrels, treasure chests full of gold coins, and more.
Bar
The bar itself is made of treasure chests. Various lanterns styled from Disneyland Paris hang from the ceiling over the red and blue plush stools.
There are black countertops, and there are wood panels with pirate-themed designs along the back wall.
Some of the beer that is served here pours out of these barrels with themed taps, including barrels, Peg Leg Pete, tentacles, and a set of keys.
A set of 13 drawers represents the global parks and attractions of Pirates of the Caribbean. These include:
Lafitte’s Landing
Blue Bayou
Dead Man’s Cove
Hurricane Lagoon
Ghostly Grotto
Port Royal
Talking Skull Bay
Caves of Misfortune
Treasure Cove
World’s End
Davy Jones’ Locker
Fountain of Youth
Isla de Muerta
Menu
Cask & Cannon serves a variety bootlegged brews, cocktails, wines, and more.
There are also rare, specialty rums.
Cask & Cannon features a new beverage experience for two. It is made with Zacapa 23 Solera Rum, Pineapple, Lime Juice, Agave Nectar, and Coconut Froth. The display is a treasure chest, complete with gold coins.
